The Beyond Words Therapy Process
Initial Consultation
Initial consultations are screenings to help gather information and are used to determine if your child needs further evaluation. They don't take the place of in-depth assessments, but provide a brief look at how they're doing with speech, language or any communication concerns. They are also great for answering any questions you may have.
Formal Evaluations
Formal evaluations are in depth tests to determine the best treatment plan for your child. Evaluations include standardized tests, a formal report and a follow up consultation.
Therapy Services
Therapy session, length and frequency recommendations are child specific. At Beyond Words Therapy Clinic, we offer many speech and language therapy options. Articulation, Expressive and Receptive, Feeding, AAC and Fluency (Stuttering).
